I won't say that I hate the Malays... but I say that I'm utterly ashamed at the state the Malay race is in.
Lots of Malays are really a bunch of slackers who don't know what to do with life and seek mediocrity in the name of 'being contented with what you have'. And they put down people who work hard and strive for excellence as misfits.
To be contented with what you have is a good thing, but when it becomes an excuse for laziness and mediocrity, then I say the Malay race needs a good slap on the face to wake up its bloody ideas.
I have no problems with the 'being happy with what you have' philosophy, being a slacker myself, BUT I draw the line at having to require handouts from the state just to be able to survive and raise the children that you really cannot afford. -

Mr Pinky bear said most Indians sense of taste and smell and have been ruined by all the spices they eat that everything else is tasteless

I was thinking the sambal mussels was spiced just right last night but he said it's way too spicy to be eaten and there is something wrong with my tongue >< -
for me, majority of the malays in my sec sch, seems like they don't een know the importance of education.
to them, having a gf, wearing tapered jeans and owning a motorbike usually thru part time work at fastfood restaurants and they're happy enough.
but what they don't know is how tough their future will be.
heck for some of them that i know, going to ITE is like a holy grail to them, and something to be proud off among their other friends.

Simi circumstances... my own dad is a taxi driver, and yet he put all four of his kids through university. I don't mean to boast... but my family became successful because we were all determined to work hard. I can still remember the days when I had to sacrifice food in favour of lecture notes... those were pretty bad memories.
If you don't work hard, you don't get ahead. Don't bother blaming 'circumstances' if you're not willing to put in the effort to get ahead. Simple as that. -

i got an indian friend whom we call a burnt banana.... black on the outside, yellow on the inside!
he speaks chinese, cantonese, hokkien but no indian -

Now due to working under the sun he looks very Indian coz he got a tan
I think it's because almost all of his friends are chinese la so kinda affected him plus, they were bossed around by him when he was in NCC in school
