I got a travel-size bag with 4 travel-sized brushes ($92) - for eye shadow, blusher, lip & eyeliner i think...plus a normal-sized brush for concealer which alone costs $39.
Hope they can last as long as my old Kose brush which I think lasted more than 8 yrs.

BB brushes are good quality, should last you a long time
I bought a few for eyeshadow application, and also this cute little thing, a buffer blush for face powder and blush.

i did a quick google search
their in-house credit card is $12 a year.. waived if you spend $2k or more..
their privilege card gets you points.. like a loyalty programme which lets you exchange your points for vouchers. but it's $10 every 2 years unless you accumulate 1k points (spend $1k)Originally posted by Wanda:I've no idea...

I love brushes. They work very well to layer on the colours.
Gave away the Aveda Ones. One full set of them to my mom I think.
Then I only kept the old Body Shop ones for my own use.
Been thinking of buying a new set so as can retire the body shop ones.
Can you imagine, 10 years and they are still as fluffy. -
I bought a berms.. 29 discounted to 15bucks.. and i happen to have 15 buck voucher.. so incurred nothing..
so far i'm proud to say all my buys are abt 50% or more discounted..

Mine hasn't got any expiry date, just need to call to make prior appointment. The first lesson is on eye makeup, then proceed to the other parts until you get 6 lessons. Their style of make-up hor...is too strong for my taste...it's perhaps not strong enough for photography but definitely too much to wear make up like that and walk in the streets....a bit like wayang actor.Originally posted by choco B:Me too me too! as a guy, i've got mixed feelings about makeup on ladies.. imagine a guy stealing a kiss from his girl and he gets a mouthful of lipstick, powder and paint? -

I don't think they'd be so hardworking during the makeup lessons

IIRC the lessons don't have to be in order. I brought my thumbdrive along and kept persuading the photographer to give me a softcopy until she relented...heheh.
