No.. I think citibank merger their atm with hsbc, maybank.standardchatered,ANM armo.. They have since phrased out the usual $0.30 service charge..

Still find citibank the best.. you can withdrawal from any of their atm machines without having to pay service charge...only the forex rate apply...

Essentially they're saying that 'Since people can pay more, we can charge more....'
If they were facing losses, I can still understand the hike, but by their own admission they're just out to make a bigger buck out of the teeming masses.
I've become totally immune and cynical to any 'discussions' on fare hikes, because I know that they've given up on trying to come up with a plausible excuse...
The only question I ask now is, 'Ok, when's the next fare hike, and by how much?' -
