I saw one at Fishemen's Village
There was a wedding dinner there and everyone was in T-shirt and berms and just drinking beer and having fun
I mean that is how it should be like
Is there really a need for the gowns and make-up and such when all you want is to celebrate a happy event -

That's the problem...if you invite one close auntie, then you'll be obliged to invite the whole chain gang and then it ends up to many more tables. I had to be very strict on the definition of immediate family. Luckily can get away with it. -

We only had 70 people at the wedding. Most of them are family and close friends only. I would not want any bigger than that and the reception is expensive enough for us - $92 per person. It took me a whole year to plan the wedding but thank God, everything turned out better than I expected (except the weather - it was pouring down hard!!!).

Coz I think I am the first grandchild
I was grumbling to my mum how come my auntie (dad's sis) can get away with no wedding dinner and I can't
I'm lucky that I have very supportive parents
My relatives were all against Mr Pinky Bear coz he is not Chinese
But my parents know that when I have made up my mind god bless the person who tries to force me into anything (Also they like him so I guess it helps) -
Because I had my wedding in Oz so most of my relatives couldn't make it. Otherwise, it would well exceed 70 people. my ex-gf and i planned this if it was going to become a big (our term for it) wedding circus...
leave a DVD of us saying "we saw the guest list and did the only sane thing we could.. we ran away... we're now on a plane to Barcelona and we hope you all enjoy your dinner"

yesterday we went to visit one. his work is really nice for his price (2,200 that is only for his photog services excluding album). My main grouse was that he is so absorbed about his 'art' that we felt like just 'things' for him to shoot. heck we could not even say wat photos we wanted for the custom laminated album. Yah, those too "artistic integrity" type of photographers are difficult to handle. You don't wanna handle his tantrums cos you asked for certain shots. Slowly, slowly seive through them.. sure can find one
