Ummm... once you get your PR, you will always be a PR. The only thing is that you have to stay in Oz for 2 years to renew your re-entry permit. Once it expires, I am not sure what you can do.... -

It took me a while to find a job here after I got my PR as you know most of the local students here secured a job before they graduated. That's the reason I went to Singapore to work for a short while for the experience and came back to find a job.
If your visa is still valid, it's not too late to come and find a job here..... the visa is only a re-entry visa allowing you to get back to Oz. To renew it, you'll need to stay here for 2 years.
What do you do for a living anyway? (if you don't mind me asking) May be I can find you some work....
