Had a pretty bad experience manning the ticketing counter yesterday. One tour guide came up to me and told me that his tour group had accidentally tossed away their admission tickets.... a big mistake, considering that you need those tickets to reboard the Sentosa Express train service.
He demanded that I give him 32 free tickets.
I told him that I couldn't do that, for visitors who had lost or thrown their tickets away would all have to buy new ones. That has always been what we've done in such cases. And if I were to accede to his request, I would certainly lose my job.
I ended up having a severe argument with him for about ten minutes before he finally gave up and left... among other things, he kept insisting that I 'close one eye' to help make up for his mistake of not telling his tour group that they should hold on to their tickets.
What kind of idiotic tour guide is this... make a big mistake, and then try to cover it up by asking someone else to commit an even bigger mistake....

The real crocs are really comfortable, non slip on boats surfaces and recommended by ortoph what ever ticks.... for those with foot & back problems.
They are really useful too. -

In other news, my parents and elder sister have gone overseas.
My bro is in Morocco.
All of them will only be back on the 14th. Only my younger sis and I are at home.
Thinking of fixing my own lunch later and test my nascent culinary skills.
