Now email is different
It's a form of communication and it can be used as a tool to be used for reconfirmation. It is socially acceptable that is why you can use the email.
Plus emailing is less personal -

And the leather is very very soft. I wouldn't use it daily I don't think it will last

Was thinking of going over on Sat after work just for fun (trying not to go down to be tempted) -
To be honest, I was really quite relieved to find out that here, the ladies aren't so hung up on labels and such and that it's alright to walk around with cheap but nice bags because almost everyone else does.
Phew! Don't have to spend outrageous amounts on bags here! OK, they're not extremely fashionable here but it does ease the pocket a lot! -
choco, that pink bag you displayed... it looks very Japanese! I wouldn't buy a bag that doesn't have a zipper and is left gaping wide though. I don't wanna be some pickpocket's target!

It's one of those things where you know it's unethical unless the person being recorded gives express permission to do so, but I think most of us don't know the exact legal term for stuff like that.

I'm kinda scared owning a PC cause I don't have my bro here to scream at for help.
In fact, if I have any PC problems, I can only rely on the service desk for whatever little help I can squeeze out of them.
Plus, if I do buy a PC, all my available time will be sucked away online. And being online ain't cheap business here.

I guess it's cause you get 'looks' from people walking past you in the streets, and they aren't looks of the nice, polite kind!
Here, I don't feel that I stick out like a sore thumb when I use those cloth bags. Actually, there are even strangers admiring the bags and asking if I had made them!
