most of them are VCDs and they're about as dear as the DVDs and sometimes more expensive!
i know my Cowboy Bebop series is..
VCD version: $29.95 for 1-13, $29.95 for 14-26 total = $59.90
DVD version: $49.95 for the whole series -
Anyway, I stopped after completing that huge ass Naruto download. Now I'm depending on friends who trave to china for my future anime fixes

Silly question: the ISPs might be able to track downloads via PTP networks like Bittorrent, but what about downloads from newsgroups?

I still laugh over that straits times article that claimed singapore has the cheapest anime dvds in the region.
