It makes wonderful sashimi too you know and you just drizzle soysauce, sesame oil and a dash of lime (My mum makes it
Use a very very sharp knife and the bones comes off easily) -
yeah.. it's a very oily fish..

I think that is like a teochew tradition
And we just steam it and dip it into that vinegar chilli and garlic sauce
My cousin from Malaysia ate it this year and fell in love with the dish
He practically touched nothing on the table except for the pile of rabbit fish -

Food talk! I had the seafood paella at Marche last weekend...is the rice supposed to taste fishy or did they do something wrong? Also, Boost juice was nothing to crow about leh.
