sometimes i find outsourcing quite stupid
the job can be easily done by the BAU (business as usual) people but it has to be outsourced, making the process more complicated
or they outsource to India, or China...their pay is ridiculously low (talk about labour slavery from globalisaiton) and they dont have the required skills -
