  anyway, watching the news.. lots of people got gored today at the running of the bulls in Spain

  Oh well... my last day of work is this Sunday.
  
  I still have yet to come up with concrete plans for my solo backpacking trip... I may cancel it if I decide that I would be better off saving the money. As it is I've already blown a hole into my account by buying that Nintendo DS Lite.

  Well, I remember that this time two months ago, I was whining about not being able to find a vacation job and about having to conserve my financial resources.
  
  Now I find myself earning enough to buy a portable gaming system and planning a one-week holiday overseas.
  
  So... I guess I should just count my blessings, yah?

  In other news, I'm thinking of setting up a Nintendo DS forum.
  
  I wonder what kind of support I'd get if were to do so... I don't believe there are a lot of DS players in here.

  it's not what you are doing with it, it's not how well you use it... but how powerful that white elephant you have is...
  
  sort of like many idiots in clubsnap.. they have bloody powerful cameras.. but they take test patterns with their cameras.. when they do use a camera as a camera, they're less than useless at taking good pictures

  Anyway, I've also taken quite a bit of ridicule from my friends for not wanting to buy the PSP.
  
  I've given up trying to explain to them that I favour the DS Lite for its compactness, innovation and backwards-compatibility.

  i figure, i want that PS3 because of what it can do.. but not about yet... because of the lack of software.. until they fix that bit, i'm not buying it...

  But much of the time they just use it for SMS and calls.

  ppl sort of like focus on the graphics of the game and not the fun of the game itself now........i dun get it...what's so nice about seeing virtual characters becoming more like real life ppl??? i mean if u want realism, there's living ppl all around you...
  
  the magic effects and all that is very nice i know but i prefer animiesh graphics, it's more cute and interesting...
