  Yes.
  
  As dumb as it may sound, fluid flow is extremely complex. Scientists cannot accurately explain fluid flow theoretically.... much of what we know about fluid dynamics comes from experimental analysis.
  
  The mixing of liquids of different viscosities can be a pretty complex process... the pipe geometry is an important factor in this as well.

  It's confirmed.... I'm going solo backpacking next week.
  
  I just bought a new backpack for this at the Beach Road army market... my old one is too small and is showing signs of wear and tear from everyday use.
