The polytechnics in recent years is being portrayed as up and coming.
Many O lvl students choosing the poly route. So with more and more money to the poly, the poly can expand and make itself more attractive.
Which the elites wouldn't like, because moe is not so willing to spend on the JC's to beautify and expand to attract new students.
So they force ngee ann kongsi to donate more to other instituitions for fear of the polytechnics rising. -

Ngee Ann Kongsi is a private group. Why do the gahmen have to interfere with their money?
They should be given the freedom to do what they want with the money, like maybe investing their revenue in other areas in a bid to gain more revenue.

Why does my connection seem so cranky these days?
Just now I lost the connection to sgforums, Google, Blogger, and a few other websites....
... but some sites like Wikipedia and Friendster remained accessible to me.
Anyone having the same issues? -
