My guess is that they will pull out after finding that setting up shop in Singapore is not as profitable as they thought it'd be. Especially since a lot of the stuff that goes on in casinos overseas will be restricted by the pap. -

Its always like there is always professional photographers around, but it takes forever to pay them.
Then those folks that are with cams, are always relegated to become ad hoc photographers instead of getting those that needs to be paid.
But problems with ad hoc photographers, they might take forever to email you the pics you need.
So to solve the problem, keep a camera on myself. And in occasions where it is needed, I can be excused from the bulk of work, by posing as the photographer.

I mean, the one in Paris you can see the bare boobs and stuff, the one in Singapore was an epliletic fit inducing laser light show where you see nothing and the dancers don't even look human thanks to the lasers!!! I got a headache just looking at the photos of the show. Contrast that with the photos I saw of the original version.
And this is why the IRs are likely to fail. There will be no strip joints, lapdances, escort services etc. If I'm a tourist I'd rather fly to Vegas or some other less constipated location!
The gahmen wants casino revenue without the smut. That's just not going to happen!
