Plus the system wasnt fool proof....and its possible that the system crocked up again thus the passwords arent getting thru.
give them a bit of a benefit of the doubt lah.
relax, blame the system lah. you still need them to work for a longer period.....blame the efiling will be safer for your mental health. not to mention improve your standing with the gals.

But knowing how legal firms saves on these costs. They share passwords.
Its all part of a package for the legal firms. And its easier for the IT redtape teams at the civil service side.
look at most gahment websites, they are about as user friendly as just dipping your fingers into a pail of manure and picking up a diamond. -

i remember one of the computer systems at work here didn't like me
i got the envelope with the password, i tried to log on and it told me 'ID Revoked'
the very first time!
i complained to my boss then... he sent again.. and when the new envelope came, again the same thing happened...
so i told him to send for the password again, and this time, i opened the envelope in front of him, tried to log on and 'ID Revoked'
came to a head when i came to the HQ to get it sorted out.. the tech fellas reset the account... i sat down and tried to key in... correctly.. 'ID Revoked'
they finally gave up trying to trace why and gave me a totally new ID
