  remember to skim off the oil of the rendered duck fat occasionally [/b]

  No wonder my kiam chye duck soup was not strong enough.
  
  Never add in the sour plums and the tomatoes I tink.

  brother in law went off today for his flight to Ireland. Wont be back till end of the week.
  
  Its been kinda hectic after the lunch.
  
  from playing with the kids, keeping boy quiet, finally him drifting off for a nap, 4 basket loads of laundry folding and then the dinner cooking, washing up, bathing the kids, keeping them peaceful while sis has her shower......bringing up their night juice, keylime pie for sis to unwind. Clearing the rubbish, putting the bins out for the rubbish collector who comes once a week....to just now showering....
  
  i am so pooped.....and I still need to plan tomorrows grocery list...
  
  where got time to practise tai chi and pilates???!!!! Not to mention my thai language tape and the private pilots instructions!

  put an unreasonably huge amount of the assam skin in the soup.. then put a little bit more
  
  sour plums, not that many.. one or two will do..
  
  tomatoes, use a lot.. they're yummy

  little gal is at a age where she is having temper tantrums and screaming and crying her eyes off.
  
  Plus she scratches....Was trying to calm her down by bringing her away from a tense up bedroom but sis didnt like that.
  
  Sigh...
  
  Little gal sucked boo-bs for a while and all was quiet. But she starts her screaming and crying again while I gone downstairs.
  
  Then I quietly goes upstairs again just in case..I sometime worries about my sister's temper.
  
  It can get real bad sometimes, and I am not in any position to do much anything about it.
  
  Anyway, I think little gal was spanked and finally got the hint that mama is not happy and she finally stopped.
  
  Thankfully, she is not like little boy who, though spanked can still cry and throw his tantrums around.
  
  Sis broke his toy train earlier. And little boy because he was so upset by his mother's ruthlesness, actually bit his lips till there was blood.
  
  Took me a while to calm him down. And thankfully, sis got cooled down and calm him down a second time when he acted up again.
