Cant sleep. Little gal is screaming again.
Sis is kinda having a hard time but refusing to call on me. -
It really hurts, when you see little kids screaming and sort of having problems possibly from a nightmare.
They cant correctly feel they are safe yet even if they are awake and safe. -
damn, i am freaking sleepy right now.

I just went up again.
Little gal is screaming alone in the other bedroom.
I tried talking to her, but she didnt even noticed that I am in the room.
I was thinking of just cradling her, and bringing her outdoors for a walk. The air outside really cool now, and I was hoping she can be calmed down by the brisk air outdoors, maybe with looking and teasing her with the bright moon and those stars. She loves reaching up for them.
Sis says to ignore her and thus I am back in the bedroom.
I hope she quiet down soon. It really can break a heart to hear a child cry so badly. -

They had a table with the routine sources of oise we are likely to be exposed to on a daily basis.

Little gal screams & cry.
Little boy has the tendency to suddenly scream or shout..we think he does it just for the echo effect.
However, little boy always suddenly scream or shout into his fathers ears. Most likely because he knows his father hates that. -
A kid did that to me once in public for fun(ran up to me and screamed in myear) and I smacked him hard in front of his shocked parents. Even one dose of that causes irreversible damage and I value my hearing a lot.
This is why I think I'm likely to be an abusive parent.
