sometimes i wonder..
a lot of companies say that business is bad, times are hard...
i really wonder..
we put up a invitation to quote to supply us a pile of stuff.. of the 30 different quotations, only 5 companies met the specifications.. and i'm using the word 'met' here loosely..
they don't bother to read, send in quotations for nonsense, they're more interested in telling their company history, trying to sell us substandard stuff for unreasonably cheap prices (hey.. if i pay $0.005 for something useless and substandard, it's $0.005 wasted) but not in our specifications!
sometimes, i wonder if they know how to do business or not?

Being in the USA I can counter-sue the parents for permanent hearing damage and produce a pile of scientific proof supporting my case. very close to screaming at my vendor..
they made an excellent quality DVD for us... the specs say to give us in DVD and VCD format.. their VCD is crap..
i rejected the VCD format.. saying it's crap.. and showed them a good quality version.. (actually i don't give a damn about the VCD version as i'll be using the DVD version) but the boss wants a good quality VCD..
not unreasonable after i saw a good version of the VCD..
they keep asking if they can give me DVDs instead of VCDs...
if i wanted just DVDs, i won't even have asked for VCDs..
i'm going to try something later tonight with a ripped DVD version.. if i pull off a good VCD version, they're going to get hammered by me
damn.. they can't even of simple solutions -

AND THEY TAKE FUCKING FOREVER TO RESPOND
AND SOMETIMES THEY SAY THEY SENT IT BUT I NEVER RECEIVE
THEN IN THE END SOMETHING FUCKS UP AND I HAVE TO PAY (Trying to get it waived now)
AND COZ OF THIS MY FUCKING SHIPMENT IS DELAYED AND MY CUSTOMER IS ON MY BACK ALL DAY -
AND I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH OTHER SHIPPING LINES BEFORE
AND FOR FUCKS SAKE IF YOU NEED ME TO SURRENDER THE FUCKING BL CALL ME IN SINGAPORE
THEY INFORM THE SUPPLIER WHO INFORMED US IMMEDIATELY BUT DUE TO THE 1 DAY DELAY THE FUCKING SHIP LEFT!!!!! -
