But you need to practise less is more because asians has protuding eyelids, so if you sweep all the pearlised blue all over your entire eyelids with the eyebrows framing the colours. It will just look like you got ultra puff out eyes.
Good option is to simply use the intense blue on the eyelid near the eyelashes. I prefer using eyeliners.
And a ultra light white/blue to lightly sweep over the eyelid below the eyebrows.
BTW, pearlised eyeshadows can look pretty drying and can highlight your dry skin and creases easier. -

Preferably a white top and neutral colour pants, caramel colours is okay. Dont wear a black pants or skirt. Go for grey bottom, if you really must. -
