The stuff was tempting but I didn't coz very ex! More ex then the previous fairs 2 mths ago...some boy's festival fair which had the same fish/seafood cake, dorayaki, etc. And I had used up all my free Isetan vouchers.Originally posted by choco B:

frankly, all the squid the make pale in comparison to the wet market version where they sell cooked fish, shrimp, squid and all that..
the seafood is cooked by the fisherman on the boat when they catch it..
the stuff is slightly salty and very nice with chilli, teochew fermented beans and lime as a dipping sauce
