  cost.. probably 2 months of rehab.. extreme pain.. being laid low for ages.. paralysis.. death...

  i'm actually pretty pain-free until i do my back in
  
  after the spinal fusion, i may still do my back in
  
  i just got to be more careful after this heals.. however, during the times when i hurt my back, the thoughts of the major operation will creep into my mind...
