how does one deal with a total and utter $*&#^ who has a speech impediment?
well, yesterday i went on a site visit and had to meet with some mad woman who keeps bulldozing on even when things are unreasonable.. and worse, she keeps increasing her demands... (she has a great future as a terrorist negotiator)
"we cannot allow you to put a banner here because the banner blocks the CCTV"
and she says (at least that is what we think she said)
"the banner must be big so people can see"
we keep telling her that the banner cannot be there... and her reply is that there will be more than one banner!
worse, she's got a speech problem so she can't speak properly... i'm taking notes so i can't tell her to speak properly..
too bad my boss was there else i'd have said "which part of NO did you not understand?"
now i got to write informal notes for my boss to document this stupid meeting -
