I received this email today and we had a good laugh about it
"I am very disappointed in the professionalism and respect that was displayed last night by Pinky Bear. My family does not appreciate being awaken after 1:00am our time especially by a matter that is not life or death. Second, Pinky Bear has not been given nor will ever be given permission to contact me by calling my families main household number which has never been provided to you by myself.
Your actions may be acceptable by some traders but are not welcome in my household. As a result my family was greatly disturbed last night, something that I would never put upon you or your families.
Pinky Bear may contact me on my business line as advised, 519 xxx-xxxx and if the matter is not of life or death than calls will only be taken up to 11pm my time."
For your reference we are talking about international trading here
If he had replied our email we wouldn't be calling him in the first place
Also the traders call me at 2 - 3 am at times when there are urgent issues as well
Likewise I do the same
And this guy here apparently should not be in International Trading Biz

Also for your info, the company forwarded a list of their trader's home numbers to us
So that we can call anytime
We did the same of course (I just received a call last night around 11pm)
And that I did try reaching that idiot the night before at the office to find out he is based in another office but the head office is not sure where he is
And he never did advise his number before -
