the nephew paid for insurance for the old uncle and his ex wife was the beneficiary.
Then they tries to claim the monies....and even remarries to try to prove that immediate family link. -

not everyone will borther with it. and so not every person handling the issue will borther to demand one. -

For my tuition loans from Mendaki, I have to personally pick up the cheque from them myself. I can ask someone else to pick it up from me, but only with my written consent (and even then, only after they have confirmed the person's identity with me). -

And the cheque, should have been named correctly in the wife's name. It makes for better accounting. But some places are slack thus it happens. -

Mr Pinky Bear side is the guys pool the cash among themselves coz they find that if they don't pray during 7th month, always alot of accidents >< -
