  hmmz, okz put the smiley face picture in and put the animation option as appear on click i think
  
  edit: right click on face, choose custom animation
  add effect -> entrance -> appear or whatever.
  right click on tab which appears in elements box choose timing -> trigger

  I got some rashes on my legs, arms and body!!! Thought it was bed bug bites the other day but now I think it's something else.
