The weekend rate might be more expensive but as compared to having 9 employees sitting around doing nothing, it is more worthwhile doing the move on the weekend. -

We will need at least one person from our company to come in on the weekend if it happens on the weekend. It's better paying one person overtime rate (weekend rate) than to have all your staffs sitting around doing nothing during the week. -
