Anyway, it's time for the industry and regulators to stop and think about why people are downloading in the first place... simply put, the consumers don't have an avenue for getting legal copies of the goods they want at a reasonable price.
I, for one, ask for an avenue to download DRM-free MP3s at a reasonable price (say, US$1 each). Just give me that option, and I'll be more than happy. -

Of course there are lots of freeloaders out there who never want to pay for anything but I believe there are a sizable number who have no choice, like me. Why the hell would I want to pay through my nose for Odex VCDs?
