  They didnt know those cheese are actually made from reconstituted milk and not the real thing. Some with added vitamins or calcium.
  
  But if you take the real thing, the calcium is already inside, so no need to add.
  
  i still kinda miss the cave aged cheese that is shaped like a big orange rock melon. Its powdery and taste of the old sea cave.

  Otherwise, its was mostly the europeans that buys and eats it in Singapore.

  Even blue cheese especially wrapped in lettuce
  Blue cheese with lagsane is lovely too
