  i find that the only use yogas has for me, will be to send me to the hospital when i try getting into one of those flexible positions.

  Eh...refer to that charitable woman Theresa Hsu who is just celebrated what......over 110++ years old. She teaches / still do yoga and is still working helping other old folks.

  Oh! I've met her before. Very nice woman. I take her advice to always go out and enjoy nature very seriously. Maybe insect porn will help me live to be 100!!
