They're weren't quite evenly browned, hence you see some rather fair ones in the photo. -

They're weren't quite evenly browned, hence you see some rather fair ones in the photo.
I don't like tau gua that's not hard not soft ... I prefer my bean curd either soft and creamy, or hard and crispy .... -
