  i just got back... went back to office just to realize i forgot my pass went down to ma kuang at middle road... thot can go shop shop at bugis but back can't take much walking so took cab back instead...
  
  thurs have to go back to see sinseh... and she gave me medicine for back! looks very scary and pills for calcium... she say my bones are fragile... press me down n can hear cracking sound

  Must have been because of the 20kg backpack that I was lugging around in KL.
  
  Funny thing is, I usually left it back at the hostel most of the time, secure in my personal locker... I just toured around with a smaller backpack. I didn't really carry the full 20kg load except for the actual trip to and from the city.
