for example, givign money so your request can be processed, is just another form of administrative charge that "non-corrupt" countries are already doing. -
They've got to learn that this culture of demanding and receiving grease payments is only detrimental to the health of the nation as a whole. And the sad thing is that it is a normal way of life there.... heck, even the famous Malaysian blogger Kenny Sia once openly talked about how he bribed a few traffic policemen to not give him a summons.
