Blood will leak out, and it will start to heal the dmged ligament or sth like that.

Supplements? Or TCM? I think these can help it along, especially because you're still young and should really maximise your healing potential now. I took it and it stopped my knee from aching
I'm forcing Mr Pinky Bear to take but he flew off to Nairobi shortly after so I need to see how he finds it with continued usage. -

they say it has something to do with the ying-yang theory ....
younger ying and older yang mutually replenishes each other's life forces ... the "qi" ....
if it's the other way around, the older ying sucks up the younger yang's life forces ....
