  As a rogue you either take herbing (Regeants for your blind etc) and alchemy
  Or to make your own armor you take skinnning and leatherworking
  
  Or you can take skinning and leatherworking then later drop skinning for herbing

  Actually you can also farm the raw mats and pass it to a guildie who can cook to make you food

  Coz you will need to go back to the low lvl areas if you take them up later
  
  You can only choose 2 core professions so it depends on how you wanna do it
