i usually do it when my party is having a break or disbanded/ waiting for party members to arrive.
its called abuse of power.
but i don't pick on everyone.

and start a war with them. mass pvp. mass massacre. -

If you play on a pvp server you have to live with being pked
As much as I don't like to PvP I do take pot shots to kill others at times too coz the same thing will do to me
Although usually in areas for quests, people usually don't fight and actually do help each other out to maintain peace because there is no pt creating a messy warzone and you don't get your stuff done
However in WoW, outside instances are usually warzones where 2 large teams will clash and kill each other
it's all in good fun

i like to pick on mage, cause they're easy food. generally.
but if the mage is like many many ranks below me or lvls i won't bother.
its those i usually don't like like from a rival guild, i will pick on all of em if i think there's a good chance of killing but only when i'm free.
my party will help me, if they send a party to try to kill me especially when i'm training with them, cause it'll be detrimental to them too. -

Or a normal server which only have war zone pvp

The last time I was on the battlegrounds I was pissing this warrior off big-time I was kiting him around on a merry-go-round chase (I was specced frost then) -

i find clerics or priest hard to kill actualy.
cu their 1 heal can like recover 3/4 quarter of their hp.
only mages have a good and easy time killing em. -
