i don't know how the auditors are going to square things with the bosses and the top this time...
they've written a lot of phantom things, we've challenged them all, now the idiots are 'not i write one' and 'i gave the thing to the chief auditor' to 'my boss told me it's just a suggestion and won't be important' and 'he wrote WHAT??'
personally, i like the last one best
the bosses are going to formally and officially query the findings as they have somehow gotten their hands on the interim report which said that no non-compliance was found at all
let's see what happens next -
