  first salvo fired, re: yesterday's audit report...
  
  we got the report, the checklist, the summary.. blah blah...
  
  closing meeting after the actual audit, nothing was said about anything.. the interim report, checklist, everything else, not circulated to us at all..
  
  the report had a few non-compliance.. the checklist had a lot of "nil" in the non-compliance part in the table.. the summary had a "suggestion" which was nonsensical if they had just asked us...
  
  ahhh.. the reply has come back.. let me read it..
  
  ahahahaha.. auditors are now distancing themselves from the report.. saying that they sent everything to the head auditor.. and there was 'no formal communication' between each other (huh?? what?? then wtf did you guys do??)
  
  they're now trying to pin this on the head auditor who wrote the report.. while they filled in the checklist... but if so, why is there an auditor signature on the summary?
  
  yesterday, we asked the one who signed the summary, she said her boss asked her to sign that summary while he wrote it.. strange.. she signed something without knowing what she signed just coz her boss said so??

  the other section in the division is even more pissed off... they were the ones who did the audit on that section which audited us..
  
  thing is, our division found a crapload of non-compliances in their division, but allowed them a lot of time to correct their mistakes and whatnots... then put out a report which was kind to them...
  
  now the report about our division said something really heavy about the other section.. something akin to not having an SOP.. when it was actually one case that was something so exceptional there was no SOP for it.. but even that has been rectified and documented...

  The subway meal is kinda stupid when it comes to swopping the soft drink to a coffee...they once tried to charge me the full price of the coffee. Where got like that one?

  it's settled.. Beach Road.. probably something simple like fish soup or beef noodles...
  
  until recently, the fish soup stall was really good.. they had fish guts and other things like that.. really nice to eat.. now, just fish.. but still quite good
