I want to buy from places like amazon also cannot, they will not ship DVDs here.
So living here under such 3rd world conditions, I'm not suprised many choose to download instead. Not everyone travels frequently enough to be able to buy all the anime they want from overseas.

even the original CDs in bkk cost 140-160baht!!! that's like 6-8 bucks. -
simple, i place order. ask my colleagues to buy when they are on overseas detachments. u guys just pay for the product and mailing costs.

And someone needs to tell Odex that nobody in the civilised world watches VCds anymore. The quality sucks ass.
Even the downloads are much higher quality -

KNN its the oroginal DVDs that I cannot buy!! So if the chee bye Odex decides not to release a particular anime I want then what can I do? Suck thumb? And as mentioned many times by others, there is also conflict of interest here.
Of important note is that Odex apparently has the legal right to commence legal action against people downloading anime fansubs of series that they do not sell, as long as they are produced by the Japanese companies that they represent, as Odex is under AVPAS directive to curb video piracy.[citation needed]

Most guilds are still struggling to get past Karazhan
Plus, with BC the game is really much more technical as before and alot of weaker players actually quit the game as you can't play it well without a certain lvl of skills
