If not, suggest you go to a GP to confirm. If abcess, the GP can handle it, don't need operation. Either inject something to dissolve it, or he may cut it out himself. -

My guy friend went to his neighbourhood GP for an abscess on the GROIN.
Was given 2 options - inject to shrink it then see how, or cut it out completely? He chose the knife. The GP went to work on him then & there. Whacked a few local anesthetic jabs, dug out everything - pus was flowing everywhere, he says- gave him painkillers and a week's MC. Not sure what the price was but I doubt it is more than $100.
I think that was one helluva garang female GP. The abscess was not small, the pus sac was quite deep too!
Not bruises lah Weird lumps that appear out of nowhere. Two years ago one grew on my chest right at the cleavage. Of all the damn places, and it was big enough to be noticeable too! It should be a cyst, there was no pus, just a mound of hard flesh.
I went to the GP, he gave me some kind of sticky gelly cream to apply, and dunno how come it disappeared. But it took some time, about 2-3 months, so hang in there and don't panic, it may turn out ok!
