She wrote her own songs...so quite talented in that sense.
It was nice to meet up with friends, but as usual, I (as host) could hardly sit down and eat in peace.
I cooked a chicken stew using a recipe from the net and it was quite popular...the fried beehoon too. The nicest thing was one of my foster cats became less shy with visitors, and allowed herself to be stroked, carried, and didn't flinch when a toddler tugged at her whiskers! What's even nicer is that she's going to be adopted by a nice couple next week. Thanks for asking.

ahahahaha.. reminds me of the coriander my mum kept trying to plant in the backyard
she would grow them from the roots of the coriander she buys from the market.. after a while, the whole plant disappears... she figures it's a neighbour stealing it from us... and snails can't eat the stuff that fast...
so she moved the pot far into the backyard where an arm can't reach...
they still disappeared until she saw a stray cat eat the thing -
From what I've heard and know, cats eat grass/plants because it helps with their digestive systems.
And speaking of digestive systems. Mine hasn't been doing alot of work lately. I'm gonna go make lunch. -

Your gathering sounds like a blast. Where is chicken stew recipe from? I have a half chicken festering in recesses of freezer ... Glad things worked out for the cat!
I went to Triple 3 for dinner on Saturday. Food was good but not worth the price, somehow they've lost their standards and never regained it.
