  i have never heard of buffet places not giving unlimited salmon sashimi.

  I go to the Arena Country Club one But NEVER had the chance to have buffet because it is minimum 4 pax and SO and I usually go alone!!
  
  But it is good for a dim sum fix

  When I was young - younger - I had that quite famous (amongst cheapos) Pearl Dragon dim sum buffet at Ngee Ann City with some friends.
  
  WALAO we ate like people possessed man, baskets after baskets came and went... we really made it worth our while
  
  And the quality wasn't even top-notch But budget fit our undergrad wallet lah.
  
  The Tung Lok at Arena is very near my house so it is my best bet for convenient, decent dim sum on weekends without the crowd , especially for those lazy weekend brunches.

  the tunglok dim sum buffet is good.. at east coast park.. seafood gallery is it? but the dinner buffet there is not as nice..
  
  so far, i think paramount has the nicest buffet so far...
  
  Club chinois is quite nice.. posh table setting, and the mains come like western style.. the dimsum is good.. but quite expensive..
