I only have one tick bite on my limb, the rest is just rash from the infection. I did have some rash on my face but it's not as bad as the rest of the body. I don't think the one on my face will leave scar (hope not).Originally posted by choco B:*HORRIFIED*

Ya, I think I have already been infected by the disease........ have been suffering from rash for the last 3-4 weeks. Haven't been able to sleep well at night because of the itch. -

Had the blood test done 2 weeks ago but for some reasons it took a while to get the result. I am going to see the specialist tomorrow so I will find out. Unfortunately I didn't think about that when I was in Darwin and I didn't take any precaution. The site I went to has very long grass (waist height) and I believe I got the tick from there. -
