strange thing is that in the organisation which they came from, it is very common for those to have no life outside of work...
what i cannot understand is.. i've seen them at work.. they don't do much.. it was an extreme culture shock for them after the merger to see that we at the operations pull our weight and more while they expected their subordinates to pull them along...
sadly, that side of the merger, a lot now outrank our side... and all they do is taichi, accept work and 'delegate'... and cause trouble...
oh well.. nevermind.. i'm slacking off a lot too -

In other news, I've been monitoring the bidding process for the marketing module that I was talking about. Since it's the 'Open Bidding' period, I can see the highest bid, the lowest bid, and the second-lowest bid.
It seems that it's turning into a game of one-upmanship between two fellas, with one trying to outbid the other with ever-increasing bid points. Right now the highest bid is 1200 points, with the second-lowest bid being 1000 points.
I'm waiting for it to go into Closed Bidding at 3pm, where no one can see anyone else's bids.
THEN I'll toss in my 4000 points. -
