wow that letter's giving odex a blank check. if i read it right, it means that they can from now on ask the person to do anything they want. if the person doesn't do it, the person can be sued for anything and cannot raise any defense against the charges and has to pay the charges of sueing him/herself

Any exciting weekend plans? The daughter has been attending band camp from 8-8 before she enters high school next week. This entire week was filled with registration nitty gritty etc and we attended Parent Orientation night last night. Today is the culmination of Band Camp Week. We're headed to the beach for 6 hours of sun, sand and surf. I'm going to bring my EZ up and hide under that. Man, I'm a shell of my former self. I'm racking my brains, trying to come up with a side dish to bring. Gotta be cheap and plentiful.
What about you? What have you got lined up for the weekend? I have to work tomorrow though. Saturdays are black out days. There's always some kind of sale happening. And *memory jogged* I have to take care of some unfinished business for a customer *sigh* -

As for high school, she's attending one out of our school district so I'm back to being Mom's Taxi Service. This presents a problem for me since I don't have a fixed morning work schedule and I have to juggle three schedules. *sigh* -

Is taking a school bus an option for your daughter? We're out of the school district so unless there is another family who lives near me with a child in that district, carpooling is out. We'll work it out as time goes on. Although I've been debating working the closing shift but that also poses some problems too. *sigh* Like having to make dinner at 330pm so that I can be at work by 5.

Re: shopping at SC. I haven't been to one since I left Hawaii in 99. I was tempted to check the closest one out since I got my hands on a trial visit coupon but after reading the fine print, fuggedabouit. I'm not pay a 10% service fee for any purchases made via checking the place out. I'll stick with Costco tankyouveddymuch. -
