with 5-spice powder, lean pork, water chestnuts, a bit of here and there whatever you like but that's the main ingredients..
plus an egg to bind the stuff..
put in beancurd skin.. wrap up, deep fry..
dipping sauce = orange or lime sauce...

Good idea considering I have an ice shaver and a cooler. Speaking of food, I just called L&L re: the chicken katsu. A half tray is $32.99 and feeds 15-20 people. A full tray feeds 35/40 and costs $60.99.
