The 4th uni...
Other than making it as a brand new one, it's looking at some possibilities
Such as setting a small arts college inside and/ or degree in specialised areas as what the polytechnic is doing... Right now as far as I know, only Ngee Ann Poly offers niche degree in Early Childhood education -

And anyway, in private companies, they seem to value certain institutes higher. -

I've been taking things slowly but surely.... my FYP research, for one, has been painfully slow. I realised that I had the totally wrong original approach.... I had tried to do too many things in too little time in a totally uncoordinated manner. Now I resolve to approach it in a slow, steady and systematic manner.
Anyway, I've also made a resolution: just do my best and accept whatever happens. Even if it means that I drop to second class (lower) honours. After the HBP scare I had last semester, I decided that it just doesn't make sense to sacrifice my health in favour of my studies. -
