  my attempt to play football less than 24hrs after recovering from food poisoning has failed miserably.
  
  i couldn't run, and this during morning's match i was playing with liquid churning in my stomach
  
  i need to rest and just look forward to my holiday

  yeah once i had flu and tried to play football.

  i went West Coast Hawker Centre with friends..
  
  Ate Mutton Satays and Babat Satays, Mee Gua and a Tea Terik.
  
  then walk over to 7-Eleven got myself a Haagen Dazz Macadamia Nut ICE CREAM.
  
  Just reached home, must go toilet now..

  I was a happily busy person today.
  
  But yet...it was overshadowed by the rank issue.
  
  I really need to get myself more busy.

  NDS Lite is perfectly region-free. It is exactly the same anywhere in the world. And you can change the language settings - just that the default language might be Japanese in Japan. Just be sure to ask the salesperson to change the language settings for you.

  R4 is a device which allows you to play MP3s and videos on your NDS Lite.
  
  And it can also play NDS ROMS - downloading them is legally murky at best, though.
  
  To store those MP3s. videos, and ROMs on your R4, you need a micro sD card.
