  tare.. painkillers for back, try using panadol extra.. i used it recently for my backache..
  
  they work pretty well..

  Yesterday, when I walked to the Burnley train station, I thought how deserted that area seems to be and how dangerous to walk in the underground tunnels to get to the platforms, even in mid-day!
  
  And then last night, Crime Scene Australia featured the gruesome abduction, rape and then brutal slaying of a Sydney nurse when she was walking back home from a train station in the '80's! Scared me even more!!
  
  I'm never going to take the trains here at night! Too dangerous! I'll stick to trams and car rides from friends!

  heck.. even if i do bowl in the future, i think i have to nix the plan of getting that 15lb or 16lb reactive ball.. maybe i'll get a light flat spinner.. around 9lb or 10lb

  You know, I've always thot that one day, I visit Darwin and do the famous bush-walking trails, but after your episode, it's put a damper on the idea somewhat.

  You can get tick bites in Perth too. My mother-in-law got a few ticks on her when she visited Perth last Sept and guess what she suffered some rash too. That's how I related my rash with the tick otherwise I would keep on thinking I had bed bugs.
  
  My mother-in-law's rash is not as severe as mine though. Probably because her skin is not as sensitive as mine. However, we are still trying to convince her to see the doctor to get the rash treated.
  
  Don't let it put you off. Just have insect repellent and make sure you tuck your pants into your shoes etc...
  
  We can get ticks in the Gippsland area in Victoria too.... however I think they are not as nasty as the ones you get in the Tropical area.
