i need to rant!!!
last nite couple of min after midnite tat stupid idiotic bastard came banging on my door and yelling!!!! i called the police... it turn out that he and his wife and their precious baby got woke up at 11pm by my dog bouncing his ball!!! WTF??!!!
does tis call for BANGING AND SCREAMING AT MY DOOR AT 12AM?! bloody soundproof his room or move to a bungalow! dun fcuking stay in a HDB flat!!!

Lets hope I can get it down and then get some handyman with a wall drill to drill in the shelvings and curtain screens soon.
I dont think I understand the concepts of surround sound. It falls under my baby brother's uk university graduate whatever crap he knows and I refuse to step into his terrority. -

its just movies coded to put sound into left, right, centre, and rear speakers for a more realistic sound field if you happen to have that many speakers set up. -

My neighbour used to like to hammer things into the wall at night

It has stopped though and they do it late at night past 11pm till about 2am
But we also dun go up and yell at them ma

I too, have a neighbour upstairs like that who pounds chilli or whatever at 6.30am, and scrubs the master bedroom's toilet at 6.45am. Don't get me started. While living in Navy housing in Japan, I had to endure so much from upstairs and next door. I could hear the upstairs neighbour's piss as it hit the toilet bowl. I recently went to the Basement of Pearl Centre for a haircut and the result is very good. They are cheap at $10/- too. -

neighbour with dozens of cats which are totally uncontrolled and habitually climb into other houses and crap in their beds.. seriously!!
about 4 other neighbours have complained about that... and proved it with pics too! they actually ambushed the cat doing its business
the cats also habitually went into neighbours' property to deposit their stuff
thing is, they didn't catch rats or anything.. they were very well-fed...
we've also had a neighbour come complain to us because i was playing my stereo at 3pm on a sunday afternoon...
the then- next door neighbour also had a dog which looked like a small sheep which would sit facing the wall (face about 1/2 foot from the wall) and bark.. at night, it barked incessantly... it was just dumb because i walked past it for 5 years and every time it wasn't barking at the wall, it'll bark and snarl at me -
