either that or in rare cases i read, they give you a minimal fine.
anyway, this laws on ip is really grey. but i guess unless a group comes together to fight, very low chance of winning.
afterall odex already gotten a court order over the local isps.
unless the isps didnt try hard enough tofight the case. -
